App Store (Apple Inc.)
The App is purchased through the App Store. All payment and purchase history is managed by Apple Inc. under Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not receive payment details such as card information.
Apple Inc. Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
Zoho Forms (Zoho Japan Co., Ltd.)
Our website contact form uses Zoho Forms, provided by Zoho Japan Co., Ltd. (a Japanese subsidiary of Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd., India). When you submit a form, your name, email address, and inquiry content are sent to and stored on Zoho's servers.
Zoho Corporation provides a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for GDPR compliance and implements Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as a safeguard for international data transfers.
Zoho Japan Co., Ltd. Privacy Policy: https://www.zoho.com/privacy.html
Submitting the contact form is entirely voluntary. Information submitted will only be used to respond to your inquiry.
06Location Data
The App uses iOS location services ("While Using the App" permission) only when you opt into the background monitoring feature (disabled by default). This is solely to keep the motion sensor running in the background — we do not capture, record, store, or transmit your GPS coordinates, movement history, or any other location content.
You can revoke location permission at any time in iOS Settings (doing so will disable the background monitoring feature).
07Data Retention
All data within the App (motion sensor processing results, settings, usage records) is stored solely on your iPhone and is never sent to or stored on our servers. This data is deleted when you uninstall the App. Because we hold no data on our end, no separate data deletion request is necessary.
Information submitted via the contact form (Zoho Forms) will be deleted within a reasonable period after the inquiry is resolved — generally within one year of our response — unless a longer retention period is required by law.
08International Data Transfers
Data within the App is not transferred outside your device, so no international transfer occurs for App data.
Information submitted via the contact form is processed and stored by Zoho Japan Co., Ltd. (and its parent company Zoho Corporation). Zoho implements GDPR-compliant safeguards, including SCCs (see Section 05).
If you are located in the EU, EEA, or UK, please note this data transfer and consent accordingly when submitting the form.
09Children's Privacy (COPPA)
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we become aware that a person under 13 has submitted a contact inquiry, we will promptly delete that information.
In the EU, EEA, and UK, appropriate parental consent is required for children below the digital age of consent under GDPR (16 by default, or as low as 13 under national implementing laws).
If you are a minor (under 18), please use the App only with the understanding and supervision of a parent or guardian.
